Stays in place and holds EZ pass securely

This holder works very well in securing the EZ pass. It adheres securely to the windshield but is also easily moved. I am not sure that I am using it correctly but my EZ pass fits best in it "upside-down". That does not seem to matter because the sensors read it just fine. Be sure to install the holder so that it is not obscured from the sensors-- instructions are included. The only criticism I have is that the 3 holders were not packed very well and the glossy black holders arrived with scratches- a clear holder may look better.
