A Godsend...

Last time I lost a chip key for my car (which I later FOUND!) I had to get a spare made at a local locksmith. Because I did NOT have the two keys that came with the car, he had to cut me a replacement & program it by computer to the code on my original; it cost me $70! Armed with knowledge, I purchased this blank which will require no computer programming IF YOU HAVE TWO ORIGINAL KEYS TO THE VEHICLE (which I did, different car). The key cost me $16 with the shipping, and the very same guy cut it for $4. I followed the SIMPLE directions, and had an extra chip key for $20 as opposed to $50 MORE! WELL WORTH IT! This key does NOT have built in built in remote access (open & lock doors, arm alarm, pop trunk, etc) but is still a great option available for consumers.
